Although we adopt a traditional approach to our service, our marketing is far from traditional. In additional to standard property details we create a bespoke Property Brochure highlighting all the benefits of your property along with key information including school performance stats, local travel guide, surrounding facilities and emergency contact names & numbers.
TM Online
We understand how important it is to keep up with the ever growing online market, and therefore are committed to investing online to keep up with market trends. Thomas Marsh is very online focused with its new contemporary website allowing easy use on PC’s to mobile phones. A lot of our investment has been focused on online platforms to market your property more effectively. We work closely with our marketing partners Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime location to bring generate an extensive number of tenants for your property. Longer Office Hours
We work in an industry that doesn’t fit into the 9-5 environment. We have designed our working hours to suit our client’s needs and are available when they need us. We are open until 7pm on Monday, 6:30 Tuesday-Thursday and until 6pm on Fridays. We are also open Saturdays 9am till 4pm.
